The NOVA-S Compact Drive Unit is changing the way professionals approach airless spraying. In our latest video, we take a closer look at how it works and how users interact with it in real-world conditions.
In a previous video, we introduced the Compact Drive Unit—this time, we’re focusing on its functionality. We break down the Wall Spray Pillar and Ceiling Spray Pillar, showing exactly how they operate and demonstrating both in action within the same room.
🔹 What you’ll see in this video:
✅ A detailed breakdown of the Compact Drive Unit’s functionality
✅ How the user operates both the Wall & Ceiling Spray Pillars
✅ A real-world demonstration of both pillars in one room
If you’re curious about how the NOVA-S Compact Drive Unit works, this video is for you!
We recently completed an apartment project together with Franke Projekt Malerei, where we showcased the power of human-robot collaboration. 🤖
Their painter worked in parallel with NOVA-S, proving once again how technology and craftsmanship can go hand in hand to deliver outstanding results. 🛠️
What’s next? Stay tuned! In January, we’ll introduce the smaller and lighter compact drive unit for NOVA-S — designed to take flexibility and performance to the next level. ✨
A big thank you to Franke Projekt Malerei for providing us with this great opportunity. 📽️
We were thrilled to return to the Münchner Farbe Schulen to showcase our NOVA-S to the painters of the future. It was inspiring to share our cutting-edge technology with these talented students and to see how it reshaped their perspective on what’s possible in their profession. 🚀
This isn’t just a glimpse into the future—this technology is already here, ready to empower painters today. Seeing the excitement and curiosity from students who are still in their studies reminds us how transformative innovation can be in shaping careers and elevating craftsmanship. 🎓
A heartfelt thank you to the Münchner Farbe Schulen for inviting us back to this wonderful event. It’s always a privilege to connect with the next generation of painters and share the tools that are redefining the profession. 🙌
Join us as we put the NOVA-S to the test, spraying mineral-based primer in an assisted living facility. While the site wasn’t ideal for the NOVA-S automatic drive unit, it offered valuable insights. This type of project highlights why our upcoming compact base model will be the perfect solution for tighter jobs! 🦾
Special thanks to the Schwarz GmbH for their invaluable feedback and for making this demonstration possible. Stay tuned for the unveiling of the new compact base soon! 👀
Feel free to reach out, if your company is also interested in a live demonstration. 👋
Watch NOVA-S effortlessly tackle a 40-meter wall in an underground garage with its semi-automatic drive mode – no pushing required! 👀
The machine glides smoothly along the surface, maintaining the desired distance to the wall. 🚧
Coming soon: NOVA-S will be complemented by a compact, manual drive unit, making it even easier to work in smaller spaces! ⚙️
Whether for long walls or tight areas, NOVA-S brings consistency and flexibility to every spraying project. Experience the future of spraying! 🦾
The shown area of 40 m in length and 2.5 m in height was completed in just under 20 minutes, with a consumption of approximately 20 liters of dispersion paint. This results in an estimated output of about 300 m² per hour. 📈
Special thanks to Beller GmbH for providing us with the site. 🙏
